Rogers 4350b datasheet:
RO4000 Laminates RO4003C and RO4350B – Data Sheet
What is Ro4350B ?
RO4350b: This is the designation for a particular type of high-frequency laminate material manufactured by Rogers Corporation. RO4350b is a ceramic-filled, woven hydrocarbon/ceramic composite laminate designed for high-frequency and high-speed digital applications.
Some key properties of RO4350b include:
- Low dielectric constant (εr = 3.66 at 10GHz) for better electrical performance at high frequencies.
- Low loss (dissipation factor of 0.0037 at 10GHz) for reduced signal attenuation.
- Excellent dimensional stability and surface quality for fine-line circuitry.
- Good thermal conductivity for heat dissipation.
PCBs made with RO4350b are commonly used in applications requiring high-frequency operation, such as wireless communications (e.g., antennas, RF amplifiers), high-speed digital circuits, and microwave components. The combination of a 2-layer stackup and the RO4350b material makes it suitable for designing high-performance, compact RF and microwave circuits operating at frequencies up to 30 GHz or higher.
